What began as a brand consulting project evolved into a mission to revolutionise how parents access support for their children's nutritional challenges. Understanding first-hand the complexities of these challenges through our own experiences with neurodivergent children, we recognised the transformative potential of their services.
Despite budget constraints, we expanded our scope beyond the initial brief, driven by our personal connection to their mission. Our competitive analysis revealed a stark divide: institutional NHS services that felt clinical, impersonal and lacking hope, and independent practitioners who were overwhelming readers with credentials and content rather than connecting.
Instead of the typical approach of focusing on practitioner qualifications, we crafted messaging that spoke directly to parents' struggles, fears, and hopes.
We developed a voice that bridged the gap between clinical expertise andcompassionate understanding. The website's language prioritised the parent journey, offering empathy and practical support rather than overwhelming itwith technical information.
This human-centred approach not only distinguished My Dietitian Clinic from both NHS services and private practitioners but created a platform where parents felt understood, supported, and hopeful abouttheir children's nutritional future.
