What began as a website refresh evolved into a comprehensive brand transformation, marking a watershed moment in hospitality leadership development. Working with industry veterans Stephen Waters and Philip Eeles, we faced a unique challenge: modernising a respected legacy brand while maintaining its core values and, at the same time bringing their USP and brand forward for the next generation of hospitality leaders.
Drawing on our two decades of hospitality experience, we embraced a human-centred design approach to reimagine how Watershed connects with the next generation of industry leaders. Our solution went beyond aesthetics-we crafted a brand identity that embodies both youth, personality and innovation.
Understanding that consistency builds trust, we developed an integrated ecosystem where every touchpoint reinforces Watershed's commitment to excellence. The new website serves dual purposes: a dynamic content hub showcasing thought leadership and an efficient booking platform for their transformative programs.
The result is more than a rebrand-it's a strategic repositioning that honours Watershed's legacy while embracing the future.
